Unexpected party kept me awake

The hotel offers easy bus access to the city center. The proximity to the aqua park was a fantastic bonus for the family!

Unfortunately, we faced sleepless nights due to loud parties from rowdy guests. Despite complaints, the management's response felt insufficient, leaving us disappointed and unrested.

Great breakfast and fresh modern rooms.

Hotel rooms only have wired Internet connection that is severely restricted. Do not expect instant messengers to work. You will not be able to connect to your office's vpn if you try.

Fantastic place for a visit to Krakow, it has stunning location to the wonderful market square and nice services.

Comfortable oasis, ideal if you appreciate unique breakfast offerings like traditional Korean kimchi.

we found hotel staff very friendly and helpful. our stay was easier as any trips we needed to organize the staff were very willing to help. retro club gave us few good nights during rainy stay in krakow. good selection of cocktails :)

not a great food selection for vegaterians

Had a spacious Single Room with easy access to the aqua park. The bus connections to the city were easy.

I liked the property and its delicious and amazing breakfast.

The staff were very amiable and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. The hotel had a particularly good location right next to aqua park.

We ate at a small restaurant with very good dishes. The location of the hotel was marvellous and super - relatively near aqua park. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was nice.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

The hotel provided us with a lovely family room and the staff were friendly. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, setting the tone for our day.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the Double Room, with fresh, snow-white bedding. The air conditioning worked excellently. I appreciated having a refrigerator with drinking water and a kettle for tea. The proximity to the water park was fantastic, perfect for a family outing. Breakfast had a good variety, offering several options each morning. I found the location quite far from the city center was good. The parking situation was confusing. A fee of PLN 60 per night applies for external bookings, and it felt unfair that some guests had free parking while others had to pay. The restaurant closing at 10 PM felt early, especially for a 4-star hotel. While it had many appealing aspects, the distance from downtown and parking issues affected my experience.

pleasant stay but room noise could improve

I enjoyed the easy flexibility in extending my stay. The breakfast offered a good mix, especially the inclusion of traditional Korean kimchi, which I found quite unique. The view from my room was quite charming.

I did notice that noise from other guests disturbed my sleep.

The ambiance of the Hotel was suberb. It was so comfortable and relaxing. The services were excellent, staff helpful.

There are a guarded parking, details Access paths, quiet area, the value of the apartments.
